Non-woven gowns exported from India

On July 21st, 2020, 10 Containers with non-woven non-medical gowns left India to head to France.

It all started in the end of May / early June when we got an order of about 1.000.000 units of non woven items to be manufactured in June and shipped in July.

1.000.000 units and we had to source the suitable non woven material.

Rolls of non-woven to produce gowns

We ordered the raw material in several batches in order to be able to have constant production in Tamil Nadu, India.

Non-woven before cut

Non woven rolls were inspected and getting ready for the cutting. in order to have the production starting with the target of having the whole production ready made by end of June.

Packing and preparation for QC

Each step of the production’s carefully monitored. In order to make sure that the SGS inspection would pass from the first time and thanks to all the team present for the quality control, all passed successfully.
